Our company offers dance lessons and workshops in a variety of dance styles and genres. Our dance school is inclusive and caters for all abilities whilst encouraging freedom of creativity.

Our mission is to get everyone involved in dance as a means to keeping fit and healthy whilst meeting new people and having fun!

Flex Dance Inc also offers a wide range of education based work from after school dance provision to day long educational workshops.
